  • 1 cup of 70-85% dark chocolate, broken into small pieces
  • 1 cup of almond butter
  • 3 medium zucchini, shredded in a food processor
  • 1/3 cup of pure maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon


  • Preheat oven for 350°F (180 C).
  • Combine all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix.
  • Pour into a greased baking pan.
  • Bake for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the brownie comes out clean.
