She does not currently practice, and Doctor Carissa is not a clinic. “Doctor Carissa” is the name of the shop and this website; it does not mean a medical doctor.

Everything on this site and in our printables is general, educational information and a set of tools for use at home. It is not medical, clinical or professional advice, and using a printable or reading a page does not create a professional relationship between you and Carissa.

We don’t give advice about a specific child or adult, by email, on Etsy or anywhere else. For questions about a person you care for, talk with a licensed speech-language pathologist, their doctor or another qualified professional who knows them.

The pictures on our printables start as drafts made with AI image tools, which we choose and check by hand. Carissa reviews every page before it goes live.
