How it works

1. Tick on screen before you print, in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, or print the pages and tick by hand.
2. Type the person's name once: it fills in on every checklist page. Type your own tasks on the blank lines once: they fill in on every daily page and the weekly summary. Long names shrink to fit.
3. Cross out a task that doesn't apply, and leave a box blank when a task wasn't needed.
4. Print the seven day pages each week, or the blank day page as often as you need, and keep them together, newest on top.
